You will conduct in-depth client interviews, build lasting relationships, and deliver empathetic, consultative service within an in-office H&R Block tax office. Responsibilities include preparing returns for individuals and businesses, offering tax planning guidance, and supporting clients through IRS notices.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax preparation and advisory roles.
• Ability to interview clients to assess financial situations.
• Knowledge of IRS/state requirements and continuing education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews and provide personalized recommendations.
