Job summary

H&R Block in the United States is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll conduct tax interviews face-to-face and via virtual tools, prepare complete returns, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver accurate results.

Candidates should have a bachelor in accounting, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax; prior tax interview experience and ability to grow client relationships

Qualifications

• Interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (Circular 230) and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
