In this role you will conduct tax interviews (in person and via virtual tools), prepare complete returns, identify opportunities for value-added services, and mentor teammates, contributing to client growth and retention in a fast-paced franchise

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in person or via virtual tools.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates.
