Qualifications include CPA or EA certification, 5+ years in accounting/tax, and experience with virtual tax interviews. Franchise office hires directly and enrollment in tax courses may be required.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representations for eligible levels).
• Mentor and support teammates.
