Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs. You will leverage virtual and in-person interviews to collect information, prepare returns, and support clients through the tax process.

Ideal candidates have CPA/EA credentials or enrollment in the H&R Block Income Tax Course, plus experience with complex returns and a focus on client growth and IRS support. This role operates through an independently owned franchise office.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (including audit representation where applicable)
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet all IRS/state requirements
