H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional in Wisconsin (Merrill) to help clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll perform client interviews via in person or virtual tools, prepare tax returns, and assist with IRS support under expert guidance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, plus CPA/EA certification or 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax. Experience with virtual interviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (including notice services for all certification levels)
• Mentor and support teammates
