H&R Block in Wisconsin is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs, supported by an expert team and advanced training.

You will interview clients, prepare tax returns, provide IRS support, and contribute to client growth and retention while mentoring teammates. A BS in accounting or related field and CPA/EA certification are preferred; 5+ years in accounting or tax helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
