Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Tax Professional to help clients with diverse tax needs. You’ll conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and provide IRS support with an expert support team.

You’ll also aim to grow the client base and cross-sell services, while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality tax outcomes. Experience with virtual interview tools and a background in accounting or tax is preferred, along with CPA/EA certification or progress toward it.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
