H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and to benefit from advanced tax training provided by our expert team.

You will conduct client interviews (in person and virtually), prepare complete and accurate tax returns, generate business growth, and provide IRS support; mentoring teammates as needed.

Success requires clear communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort using video, phone and chat tools.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation)
• Mentor and support teammates

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification

Experience with complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)

5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax

Experience with virtual interviews
