H&R Block, Inc. is hiring a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to service clients with diverse tax needs. You will receive advanced tax training and join a team dedicated to helping clients make confident financial decisions.

As part of a national firm, you will conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and provide IRS support while aiming to grow client relationships and introduce additional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (including tax notice services).
• Mentor and support teammates.
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation.
