You will conduct client interviews, explain complex tax concepts clearly, and help identify tax savings opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Strong communication to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and cross-sell H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notice guidance, and audit assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team and maintain a client-focused office environment.
