You will interview clients, identify tax savings opportunities, and provide personalized recommendations, supported by industry-leading training and technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; continuing education and IRS/state requirements must be met.
• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation experience including individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex tax situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications, then provide personalized recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings opportunities and HR Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
