H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to help clients navigate complex tax situations and prepare accurate returns, both individual and business. You will interview clients, offer personalized recommendations, and leverage H&R Block tools and training to optimize tax savings.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience, incl. individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial situations and tax implications; provide personalized recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships with empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings opportunities and relevant H&R Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
