Enrollment in or completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment is not a guarantee of employment; franchise offices handle hiring directly. This role involves tax interviews and returns for individuals, trusts and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience completing individual returns
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
