H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate in a local tax office in the United States. You will meet with clients, gather information, and prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.

You will explain tax information clearly and identify savings opportunities while building strong client relationships through teamwork and a client-first approach. No prior tax experience is required; you will earn a competitive hourly rate and have opportunities to increase

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to organize information and identify solutions.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
