Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and information organization abilities.
• Comfort using digital tools, including AI-based assistants like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather tax information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with guidance from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and offer actionable recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
