Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment handling customers or clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED/equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and guidance from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.
