You will conduct tax interviews via in-person or virtual tools, prepare complete tax returns, and help grow the business by increasing client retention and offering additional services. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality service to clients while leveraging virtual channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or EA certification preferred or required.
• Experience completing individual, trust, and partnership returns.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax experience.
• Ability to conduct tax interviews via in-person or virtual tools.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Strong client relationship and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates

Skills

5+ years experience in accounting/fin/

Experience completing complex returns

Experience conducting virtual tax 인터뷰s

Sales/Marketing experience

Excellent communication skills

Education
