Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (certification levels can provide audit representation)

Responsibilities

• Complete tax interviews with clients using in-person or virtual channels
• Prepare and review accurate individual returns
• Assist with tax planning and audit support where needed
• Mentor and support teammates in daily tasks and training
