H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to build client relationships and deliver expert tax services from our Fountain Inn, SC office. You will receive advanced tax training and work with a team dedicated to client success.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in accounting, CPA or EA certification, and have deep experience with complex returns and virtual tax interviews, while driving growth and client retention.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
