Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• 1+ year of experience in tax preparation or related fields
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education and requirements
