H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare complex tax returns and advise clients at a local office in Goshen, Indiana.

You will interview clients, identify tax savings opportunities, and provide guidance on IRS notices, supported by training and technology. This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and clear path to tax-service expertise.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep experience, including individual and business returns.
• Experience in client-facing advisory roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Provide recommendations and identify tax savings opportunities.
