Qualifications

Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related fields
Experience in a client-facing advisory role
Strong verbal and written communication; explain tax concepts clearly
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations
Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financials and tax implications
