Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in tax preparation/related fields, incl. individual and business returns.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with complex situations.
• Conduct client interviews to understand financials and tax implications.
• Provide tax savings opportunities and product recommendations.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive client-focused office culture.
