H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients for insights, and offer personalized tax guidance. You will help clients save on taxes while leveraging company training and technology.

This in-person role supports a busy tax office during peak season. Qualified candidates bring a year of tax-related experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tax preparation or related field
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or advisory roles
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand financial life changes and implications
• Build trusted client relationships and identify tax savings and product opportunities
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, client-focused office

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
