Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a seasoned tax professional to support TurboTax Live Business customers. You will handle complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations and provide tax guidance during virtual interactions.

The role requires strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote setting. Training and peak filing period commitments are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal/state returns (partnerships and S corporations) and 3+ years serving multiple clients per season.
• Ability to prepare individual 1040 returns in addition to business returns and use commercial tax software.
• Must possess/obtain state licenses, certificates or PTIN as required by law.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations; proficient with technology and video/voice tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on tax preparation and explanations of tax terms to customers.
• Perform full service business return preparation and signatures for Partnerships and S corporations.
• Assist TurboTax Business customers with tax advice, product questions and extensions.
• Document interactions and ensure accuracy in tax entries and calculations.
• Meet performance metrics and participate in training and pilot projects as required.
