Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified tax professional to support TurboTax Live Business customers with complex partnership and S corp returns.

You will leverage extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws to prepare returns, provide tax advice, and assist clients during peak filing periods from a remote home office in the United States. The role requires an active credential (EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney), strong communication skills, and experience with Schedule C and service-industry

Competenze

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns.
• Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing Schedule C returns (sole proprietorships).
• Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry.

Mansioni

• Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation for partnerships and S corporations.
• Assist TurboTax Business customers with tax returns, extensions, product inquiries, and understanding tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and maintain high-quality customer experiences.
• Work with trusted resources to deliver the right answer using everyday language.
• Complete required training and comply with company policies and security requirements.
• Meet key performance metrics and participate in pilots and validations.
