H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Experienced Tax Professional to prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients, and provide personalized recommendations. You’ll help clients maximize savings and deliver empathetic, consultative service in a local tax office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant tax prep coursework preferred.
• 1+ year in tax prep, accounting, or bookkeeping with individual and business returns experience.
• Strong communication and client-facing advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand finances and tax implications.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
