H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to help clients gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with training from day one. This in-person role requires strong communication and a client-first approach.

You will earn an hourly wage with opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. Availability during peak periods, including evenings and weekends, is common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools and AI-based systems.

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest products/services.
