Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools including AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Use problem-solving to address questions with guidance and resources
