No prior tax experience is required; we provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow earnings as you build tax knowledge and client relationships.

This in-person role emphasizes service, accuracy, and a client-first approach, with evenings and peak-season hours as needed.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills; explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills; organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach
