Qualifications

• Completed H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service role.
• Strong communication and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving skills with organizing information and finding solutions.
• Comfort using AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand tax situations.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
