No prior tax experience required; you’ll learn through the Income Tax Course and on-the-job guidance. This in-person role offers an hourly pay range and opportunities to grow as you build tax knowledge and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products/services
