The role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with training and support from day one and opportunities to increase earnings as knowledge grows. Evening/peak-period hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Experience with customer service or client interactions a plus.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
• Address client questions and unique situations with guidance and resources.
• Build strong client relationships to support office priorities.
