Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Proficient with digital tools and AI-based systems.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
