No prior tax experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain knowledge. This is an in-person role at a local H&R Block tax office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-facing role desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain tax information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants.
