Qualificações

• Complete HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and questioning to understand needs.
• Problem-solving with organizing information and finding solutions.
• Comfort using AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED
