H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office. You will meet with clients, gather information, and begin preparing tax returns with hands-on training and support from experienced teammates.

You will learn to explain tax information clearly, identify tax savings opportunities, and recommend relevant products and services while building strong client relationships and contributing to office priorities through teamwork and a client-first approach.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving and organizing information.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot/ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED.
