Qualifications

• Complete the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clarify needs.
• Ability to use digital tools including AI-based systems.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Gather information from clients for tax returns.
• Prepare tax returns with accuracy.
• Answer client questions and explain tax concepts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
