No prior tax experience is required; you’ll earn an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. The position is in-person at a local tax office with flexible scheduling during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and ability to ask questions to understand needs.
• Comfort using AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with guidance.
