H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to begin a career in tax and client services. You will work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions in-person at a local H&R Block tax office, with training and support from day one.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
Excellent communication and ability to explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
