Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent is required.
• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment is not a guarantee of employment.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
