H&R Block is hiring a Seasonal Tax Associate to start a rewarding career in tax and client service. No prior tax experience is required, as training and ongoing support are provided from day one, and you will work directly with clients to gather information and prepare returns.

This in-person role at a local H&R Block office offers opportunities to learn tax knowledge, build client relationships, and earn competitive hourly pay with potential to increase earnings during peak periods.

Formación

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to organize information and identify solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions with guidance
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration
