H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate in Pueblo, CO. You’ll meet with clients, gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions with day-one training. This in-person role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to grow tax knowledge.

No prior tax experience is required—the position emphasizes learning, teamwork, and building client relationships while supporting office priorities through a client-first approach.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course 1.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach.
