• Must have completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent tax training.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication, explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Excellent problem-solving; organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in an understandable way.
