Prior tax experience isn’t required; training is provided and you’ll work with experienced teammates to develop skills and grow in the role. Join a local tax office to help clients and communities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving abilities; organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork.
