Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to explain tax information and ask questions to understand needs.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
