Job summary

You will build client relationships, identify savings opportunities, and contribute to a client-first culture while working in-person during tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
