Qualifications

• Completed the HR Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly

• Comfort using digital tools including AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
