H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to join our local tax office in Texas this tax season. You will meet with clients, gather information, prepare returns, and explain tax concepts with training from day one.

Candidates with strong communication and customer-service skills, plus high school diploma, are encouraged to apply. Some evenings/weekends may be required; in-person work supported by supportive teammates and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Completion of the HR Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Clear communication and ability to ask questions to understand needs
• Strong problem-solving and data-organizing skills
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
